Too Legit To Quit

So this weekend I went to stay with Addison and Kaytlyn again.. and this time it was way more eventful. They came here on Friday, stayed the night and we drove to Lynn's house (Kaytlyn's mum), Visited her for a bit, Then we went to digital world. I bought Pokemon Yellow. Then we visited Jackie, Kaytlyn's best friend. That was cool as well. Then we drove all the way to Addison and Kaytlyn's apartment. On the way we listened to MC Hammer.. the song Too Legit To Quit... which is the song of this weekend.. It's just so funny. Then we cooked some supper (My special chicken) and called a bunch of Addison and Kaytlyn's buddies from college to see if they wanted to come over on Sunday. I think we watched a movie or That 70's Show after that, though it wasn't anything monumental as I can't really remember it (I was very tired.)

So then on Sunday, We watched more of That 70s Show, which was awesome. Then we went to go pick up Chris, Who is a firend of Addison. Addison told me about some of his friends, but the only explanation for Chris was "Chris is awesome." and I indeed have to agree. So we went and picked him up, On the way back we listened to Too Legit To Quit again... Which was awesome.

We get home, Play computer games for awhile then Chris was on Addison's MSN pretending to be Addison, And he was talking to Korey, and he decided to come over too, and he said he'd bring his PS2 with Guitar Hero. So more games, Then Korey gets there and we play guitar hero. I played it once, But I was really bad and from then on just watched. But it was still awesome. Then Chris was on his own MSN and Dan decided he was gonna come over too (Addison had called him before/Talked to him on MSN as well), So then he came over.. We got Chinese, and it was awesome. Apparently there was a trail of rice on the floor but I never saw it. Also, One of the Guitar Hero controllers didn't have stickers on it... So we stuck loads of pokemon stickers on it. So then we played, joked around and ate until about midnight, at which point everyone except Chris went home, Because he was sleeping on the couch.

Today we didn't do much.,.. watched a movie.. Played pokemon... Now I'm going to do a memorable quotes section.

"Man, Look! It says slaver!!!"
"I am beautiful, Jim"
"Oh hey, There's a party in Chris' shirt!" (The Rats were crawling around in his shirt.. yeah.)
"No, It's a priest being taken over by satan... Lets make it a priest being taken over by pokemon!"
"I can feel myself getting stupider listening to this."
"I had an orange."
"I so wish I had a camera right now" (Addison was playing with the guitar behind his head)
Various 'Your Mom' jokes
"We should go download that CD *Pointing to a CD sitting right in front of them*"
"I sell dismemberment insurance... You get paid double if you lose all your limbs!"
"Yeah, He probably thinks he's in a spaceship... and he's going 'WHOA I'M GOING SO FAST' and people are biking past him.."
Addison and Kaytlyn singing Too Legit To Quit.

I probably forgot some. If you were there, Feel free to add some. AKA Kaytlyn, coz Addison never comments.

That was fun.

Mood : dying from a minor bout of heatstroke

So today we went to the fair.

It was 33 degrees outside. We all wore long pants. Also one of the ladies selling tickets said they 'Didn't sell bracelets' even though on the website, It stated that advance bracelets were $20, and if you bought them there, they were 25$. The website didn't say where to buy advance bracelets or anything of the sort. Later on someone told me that you COULD buy bracelets there, but it was my last ride of the day (I'll get to that conversation, too.) so I didn't bother.

We went on the Tilt-a-Whirl, the Scrambler twice, Bumper cars and the Freak out.

Emma went with me and Meaghan on the Bumper Cars, and that was really super fun. I can recall when I was little going in Bumper Cars with dad because he was driving. This time I got to drive, and Emma was my passenger. We were in the Yellow car, of course.

I went on the Freak Out 3 times, Meaghan went on once. Obviously, I enjoyed it. It's the only one in Canada, and it's pretty awesome. It was also my last ride of the day.

Not too much eventful happened until that ride. Me and Meaghan went to go in line, and one of the guys was spraying the seats, so I said "Jeez, did somebody throw up or something?" and a kid in front of use said "yeah, some girl threw up last time." He looked about 10. He could have been 12, but no older. I just said something along the lines of "that sucks/nasty/okay" but he kept talking. I couldn't hear everything he said, But he asked my name. He also asked (Immediately after the exchange about the girl throwing up) "oh, have you been on that ride?" "No." "Do you want to go on it with me?" "No. I don't have any more tickets."

At that point I was reminded of onetime when I was at the swimming pool and there were a couple guys that looked 18-20 goofing off with the foam animals. Then one of them turns to me and says "Wanna ride on my alligator?" (He was actually on the foam alligator.) "No." "Awww, It'll be fun!" "No."

But this kid was 10. 10!!!! I felt like saying "Erm... do you have any idea how old I am?"

Then Meaghan decided she didn't wanna go on, so I was to go on by myself.

So he goes on talking about this and that, trying to chat me up, then Crazy Frog comes on. Before that they were playing Country. I don't like Country, But I will listen to it over crazy frog. So then I turned to Meaghan and made a motion of shooting myself in the head. So then this guy starts going on about he's already gone on it twice in a row, etc. etc. etc. He told me his name but I just couldn't hear it. Dang. Then he asked me (and I quote) "Is this your first time?"

I then look at him, and say "No, It'll be my third."

He didn't say much after that. It made me laugh though, I think the guy behind me in line was slightly creeped out.

So when were driving home, I say to mom "Well, I finally have a story about someone 5 or more years younger than me hitting on me.." and she goes "NO WAY, REALLY?" and I tell her and she laughs.
