Records
So, today we went yard sailing, and we got a box of records.
45's, for 5 bucks. There is 208 in the box. Which means each one cost 2.5 cents.
Yeah, there's some good ones. 'Rock Me Amadeus' by Falco for one, I Love Rock 'N Roll by Joan Jett...
Prince, AC/DC, Journey, Madonna, Eddie Murphy (!!), Crowded House, Survivor, Loads of good old 80's stuff.
Yeah, I know. AWESOME! There was lots of Mick Jagger ones, which I lol'ed at.. Ozzy Osborne, Bryan Adams... man, some good crap there!
Who wants to come over and help listen to them once we finish bringing our stereo (Which has a record player on it) over here, and get a new needle for the record player? Anyone? Kaytlyn? You'd totally love it, there's about 5 Elton John ones...
I also got a couple pairs of jeans, a new mp3 walkman.. found another shirt to sell on the internets. Pretty good day.

Hey Sarah, nice score! So you selling all those records or you listen to them? I haven’t played a record in ages, well actually I helped my aunt hook up this usb record player to transfer records to the pc in wav files then mp3 or audio cd.

Hehe, thanks. We’re gonna listen to them, make sure they work alright then probably sell most of them…
Mom was saying something about maybe we should digitize them too, coz some of the B-sides and stuff are stuff I would use (Instrumentals for mashups and stuff)

Yeah I would digitize them, personally I would do some lossless audio, flac for instance.
